Refund policy

At HAZZ Fashion, all sales are final. Due to the luxury and intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and confirmed.

EXCEPTIONS
We will only accept a return or offer a replacement in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- Your item is significantly different from what was described

To report an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery whatsApp with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and respond within 2 business days.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement only. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.
